The first Mineable Battle Series Competition is gearing up to be quite the event; our social channels are bustling with talk and eager anticipation for what is to come.

With an inclusive ranking model for each competition, and an epic amount of prizes up for grabs, the team at Mineable want to ensure that all participants are well informed of all competition rules, terms and conditions, as well as the prize structuring.

So that all competition participants are able to enjoy the Battle Series to the utmost satisfaction and fairness, please ensure you read through this entire post and gain a clear understanding of it’s contents. Should you have any questions, please direct them to the Mineable Team members and/or Support Team members in our Discord.

Please note: final dates (competition registration period, start and end dates) will be announced with at least 24 hours notice before the registration period is set to begin.

This post will be split into the following sections:

Individual Competition Rules, T&Cs

Please note: Each competition will have a 7-day registration period, followed by the main competition event. So to illustrate:

Mineable Elite Trading Competition — 7 day registration period, then the main competition event period.
Mineable Hash Rate Fury Battle Competition — 7 day registration period, then the main competition event period.
Mineable MNB Hoarders War — 7 day registration period, then the main competition event period.

Mineable Elite Trading Competition

One total prize pool, distributed amongst the Top 20 placements across two different ranking leaderboards (40 placements in total). The Prize Pool is comprised of Virtual GPUs, Marketplace Discounts, and $MNB Tokens. The total maximum prize pool value is dependent on the total amount of active users who have registered for the competition; the more registered participants, the higher the total prize pool (up to the maximum value of $31,200.00).

Competition Rules:

Users wishing to take part in the competition will have a 7-day period in which to register.

The competition will run for a predetermined time frame (21–28 days), any trading before or after this time frame will not be counted.

Registration Criteria:

Only users with Mineable Mobile App accounts in good standing are able to register for the competition.
Only users with 500 MNB or more (in ERC20 wallet) are able to register for the competition.
Only users who manually register themselves when instructed can participate in the competition.
Only users who provide all necessary registration information will be eligible for rewards, if any.

Competition Details:

Participants will compete for the highest individual P&L(%) (based on final MNB Balance), and;
Participants will compete for the highest individual P&L(%) (based on highest final MNB Balance).

Reward Criteria:

The highest allowable total prize pool is valued at $31,200.00
The final results will be announced in Mineable Social Channels once confirmed. All rankings are not final until the result announcement has been made.
Rewards will be given to the top 20 winners in terms of individual P&L(%) on final MNB Balances and P&L(%) on highest final MNB Balances.
Participants can place on both ranked leader boards, if applicable.
If two or more contestants have the same ranking placement, the winner will be chosen by Random Number Generator pick.
Users must meet a minimum $1,000.00 (calculated in Ethereum) in trading volume during the event period to be eligible for rewards, if any.
Prizes will be distributed to winners within 30 working days from the day following the results announcement.
GPU Prizes will be in the form of Mineable Virtual GPUs.
Marketplace Discounts are only valid when combined with an initial purchase of 1 or more GPUs that do not amount to a negative value purchase. For example, using an awarded Marketplace Discount of $75.00 to purchase a Level 1 GPU (valued at $100) is allowed; however using the same discount to purchase x7 Starter GPUs (valued at $70) is not allowed.
MNB Token Prizes will be in the form of airdropped MNB Tokens.

Individual P&L(%) Calculation Formula:

Individual P&L(%) = Profit / (Initial Wallet Equity + Total ETH and/or MNB Deposits) * 100%
Individual Profit = [Wallet Equity — Initial Equity — Deposits Made During Competition]

Terms and Conditions:

Market Makers and Institutional users cannot participate in this competition.
A minimum of 50 active, verified registered participants required to initiate the event.
Mineable reserves the right to cancel a users participation in the competition due to the following, but not limited to, circumstances:
Wash trading, multi-account operation, self-transactions, market manipulation, etc.
If users have been detected to have engaged in malicious trading activities by the Mineable team, all associated users will be disqualified from the competition.
Blockchain and Application snapshots will be taken at random periods to ensure fairness during the competition. Should any participants be found to have intentionally mislead or attempt to manipulate competition data, Mineable reserves the right to disqualify all associated users.
All participants must strictly adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Mineable reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in abusive, dishonest activities during the competition, including any activity which can be deemed as unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other participants.
Mineable reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.
Mineable reserves the right of final interpretation of this competition.

Mineable Hash Rate Fury Battle

Competition Rules:

Users wishing to take part in the competition will have a 7-day period in which to register.

The competition will run for a predetermined time frame (21–28 days), any Virtual GPU purchases before or after this time frame will not be counted.

Registration Criteria:

Only users with Mineable Mobile App accounts in good standing are able to register for the competition.
Only users with 500 MNB or more (in ERC20 wallet) are able to register for the competition.
Only users who manually register themselves when instructed can participate in the competition.
Only users who provide all necessary registration information will be eligible for rewards, if any.

Competition Details:

Participants will compete for the highest individual Net Hash Rate increase over snapshot baseline, and;
Participants will compete for the highest overall Net Hash Rate achieved during the competition.

Reward Criteria:

The highest allowable total prize pool is valued at $31,200.00
The final results will be announced in Mineable Social Channels once confirmed. All rankings are not final until the result announcement has been made.
Rewards will be given to the top 20 winners in terms of individual Net Hash Rate percentage increase and highest overall Net Hash Rate achieved during competition.
Participants can place on both ranked leader boards, if applicable.
If two or more contestants have the same ranking placement, the winner will be chosen by Random Number Generator pick.
Users must meet a minimum $50.00 in Virtual GPU Mineable Marketplace purchases during the event period to be eligible for rewards, if any. Provided this condition is met, an unlimited amount of P2P Marketplace purchases are allowed.
Prizes will be distributed to winners within 30 working days from the day following the results announcement.
GPU Prizes will be in the form of Mineable Virtual GPUs.
Marketplace Discounts are only valid when combined with an initial purchase of 1 or more GPUs that do not amount to a negative value purchase. For example, using an awarded Marketplace Discount of $75.00 to purchase a Level 1 GPU (valued at $100) is allowed; however using the same discount to purchase x7 Starter GPUs (valued at $70) is not allowed.
MNB Token Prizes will be in the form of airdropped MNB Tokens.

Mineable Hash Rate Fury Battle Calculations:

Individual Net Hash Rate Percentage Increase = Final Hash Rate — Starting Hash Rate
Overall Highest Net Hash Rate = Total Hash Rate of each user during competition.

Terms and Conditions:

Market Makers and Institutional users cannot participate in this competition.
A minimum 251 active, verified registered participants required to initiate competition. In the event there are less than 251 valid entries, the registration period will be extended until the required amount of positions are filled.
Mineable reserves the right to cancel a users participation in the competition due to the following, but not limited to, circumstances:
Wash trading, multi-account operation, self-transactions, marketplace manipulation, etc.
If users have been detected to have engaged in malicious Virtual GPU Purchasing activities by the Mineable team, all associated users will be disqualified from the competition.
Blockchain and application snapshots will be taken at random periods to ensure fairness during the competition. Should any participants be found to have intentionally mislead or attempt to manipulate competition data, Mineable reserves the right to disqualify all associated users.

Mineable MNB Hoarders War

Competition Rules:

Users wishing to take part in the competition will have a 7-day period in which to register.

The competition will run for a predetermined time frame (21–28 days), any MNB mining or MNB purchases before or after this time frame will not be counted.

Registration Criteria:

Only users with Mineable Mobile App accounts in good standing are able to register for the competition.
Only users with 500 MNB or more (in ERC20 wallet) are able to register for the competition.
Only users who manually register themselves when instructed can participate in the competition.
Only users who provide all necessary registration information will be eligible for rewards, if any.

Competition Details:

Participants will compete for the highest individual Net MNB Token Percentage increase over snapshot baseline, and;
Participants will compete for the highest overall Net MNB Token Balance during competition.

Reward Criteria:

The highest allowable total prize pool is valued at $31,200.
The final results will be announced in Mineable Social Channels once confirmed. All rankings are not final until the result announcement has been made.
Rewards will be given to the top 20 winners in terms of individual Net MNB Token percentage increase and highest overall Net MNB Token Balance during competition.
MNB Balances will be calculated using both Spending Wallets and ERC20 wallets.
Participants can place on both ranked leader boards, if applicable.
If two or more contestants have the same ranking placement, the winner will be chosen by Random Number Generator pick.
Users must meet a minimum 1,000 unit increase in MNB Token balance during the event period to be eligible for rewards, if any.
Prizes will be distributed to winners within 30 working days from the day following the results announcement.
GPU Prizes will be in the form of Mineable Virtual GPUs.
Marketplace Discounts are only valid when combined with an initial purchase of 1 or more GPUs that do not amount to a negative value purchase. For example, using an awarded Marketplace Discount of $75.00 to purchase a Level 1 GPU (valued at $100) is allowed; however using the same discount to purchase x7 Starter GPUs (valued at $70) is not allowed.
MNB Token Prizes will be in the form of airdropped MNB Tokens.

All participants must strictly adhere to these Terms and Conditions. Mineable reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in abusive, dishonest activities during the competition, including any activity which can be deemed as unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to other participants.
Mineable reserves the right to modify the terms of this event without notifying users in advance.

Phew! That’s a lot of serious information to take in! Please ensure you fully understand these rules and terms and conditions; failure to do so could result in your disqualification from the Battle Series (and we wouldn’t want that!).

Prize Information

As you would have read above, the prize pools up for grabs are structured based on the amount of registered active participants per competition. In short, the more people who register and take part in the competition, the greater the prize pools. Here’s how the participant tiers look:

50 to 250 Competition Participants ($2,520.00 prize pool) NB: Applicable to Elite Trading Competition Only
251 to 500 Competition Participants ($5,020.00 prize pool)
501 to 1000 Competition Participants ($8,900.00 prize pool)
1001 to 3000 Competition Participants ($16,768.00 prize pool)
3001+ Competition Participants ($31,200.00 prize pool)
